This self-wellness program includes access to 1 consultation to better understand client current self-wellness routine, habits, specific goals. The plan also provides 2 private coaching sessions designed to explore the basics of somatic self-wellness practices PLUS a 2-week wellness challenge to help implement foundations for a consistent practice. Client will receive unlimited guidance and support through email during the 2-week journey.

Dive into self-growth and spiritual alignment with this 4-week coaching journey. We dive into your personal wellness, self-care routine, mindsets, and any specific pain points to assess the goals you want to achieve. You will receive weekly coaching sessions, a personalized weekly plan that fits your unique needs. Plans may include practices such as meditation, journaling, somatic breathwork, body scanning, visualization, affirmation techniques, and other transformation resources. Client will receive additional support via email to achieve mind-body wellness alignment goals.

Learn techniques to manifest your most inspired life through this 8-week journey through self-growth and transformation.
